Peel II is a rapidly effective, low-odor, non-fuming, high foaming acid-based detergent useful in a wide variety of cleaning and descaling operations. Peel II may be used undiluted for severe encrustations of scale, mineral deposits, alkaline matter, or diluted with water for economical removal of hard water formations, soap scum, corrosion, and lime buildup.
DIRECTIONS Run through lines to be descaled as follows: For heavy deposits use Peel II as supplied. For lighter deposits mix at a rate of 1 part Peel II to 1 part water. In vat applications use 4 to 10 ounces of Peel II per gallon of water at 1800 to 2000F. Rinse with water or dip in a rust preventative. In foaming applications, PEEL II can be used full strength or diluted. In most foaming applications a dilution of between 5 to 1 and 10 to 1 will perform well. In food processing areas use of PEEL II must be followed by a thorough potable water rinse.
FOR TOILET BOWLS: Flush toilet and remove as much water as possible with plunger. Apply with swab or brush until rust and stains are removed, then rinse by flushing. Clean upper part of bowl, particularly under rim at water outlets.
FOR DAILY CLEANING OF BATHROOM TILE: Dilute 1 part Peel II with 6 to 15 parts water. Spray on from bottom up. If needed soak 1-2 minutes. CAUTION: Rinse well so no acid residue remains.
